How it works. Randomness comes from drand, a public beacon run by the League of Entropy that publishes a new random value every 30 seconds. Your link locks one future round. When that round appears, each entrant gets a score of SHA-256(randomness : position : name), and the lowest scores win. It's the same inputs and the same math for everyone, so anyone can re-run it. No server, no account, no storage: everything lives in the link.

    
Honest limits. It trusts drand to be honest and online (this page doesn't check drand's signature itself). A host could make several links, so only the one posted publicly first should count. Long lists make long links.
